Definitions

“JRRENT.COM”, “JRRENT”, and “Site”, are defined as the web site http://www.jrrent.com and any of its subdomains.  These terms also are defined in this document as the owner of this Site or any entity that is a designated representative acting on behalf of the Site owner.

“Member” and “Members” are defined as any registered person of this Site.

“Owner” and “Owners” are defined as anyone who lists an item for rent on the Site.

“Renter” and “Renters” are defined as anyone who rents an item from a Site Owner.

“Service” is defined as the service or services provided by this.

Renter Pricing

There is no charge to the Renter to use the site. The Renter is responsible to the owner to pay all listed fees applicable to renting the item of interest. This transaction is between the Renter and the Owner, and JRRENT is not a party in this contract.

Owner Pricing

There is a commission fee charged to the Owner once he accepts a request from a Renter. The fee is 5% of the listed transaction total amount for most items. Real Estate Rentals are charged at 10% of the one month rental fee, and this commission is billed at the beginning date of the rental.

There are currently no charges for listing items on the site.

Billing

Members are billed monthly by email to the registered address of the Member, and payment is currently through PayPal.

If payment is not received within 30 days of a billing statement, late fees may be applied.

Taxes

Members are responsible for all taxes due with their rental transactions. JRRENT recommends seeking competent tax advice from a professional.

Cancellations

Cancellations may occur without cost to the Renter if the Owner has not accepted the rental. If the Owner has accepted the rental request from the Renter, then the cost will depend on the terms of the rental agreement between the Owner and the Renter.

If a cancellation occurs prior to the Owner accepting the rental request from the Renter, there is no fee charged to the Owner.

JRRENT

JRRENT reserves the right to modify this Pricing Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes may include but are not limited to:

• Changing the commission fees.
• Charging for listing items.
• Offering Promotions or Specials that temporarily suspend or lowers pricing to the members. These are not permanent changes to this Pricing Policy.
